Your tracking number is provided when your booking is confirmed. It appears on the booking confirmation screen and in your confirmation email.
Tracking numbers follow the format PW-123A-456B78C9 — “PW-” followed by three digits, a letter, and eight alphanumeric characters.
Enter your tracking number in the box above and select Track Package. The page looks up your shipment and shows its current status, progress, and route.
The page verifies your tracking number, then shows a loading card while it confirms your shipment details. Once complete, your shipment timeline and route appear.
